Charles Richard Sperry continues a three generation tradition of innovation in healthcare, packaging, military technology and the automoblie industry.

Mr. Sperry joined Arthur D. Little in 1958 and co-founded Synectics, in Cambridge, MASS in 1960. In 1973, Mr. Sperry formed The Sperry Group.

Synectics continues to develop as the underlying principles for Mr. Sperrys collaborative efforts. He maintains and directs laboratories in Keene, New Hampshire.
